Log into Mailbox Log into Citrix

Instructions

To log into Outlook Web Access (OWA):

  1. Click the Log into Mailbox button.
  2. In the User Name field, enter your JPS Username in the following format... JPS\Username
  3. JPS is you domain name followed by a \ then your issued username.
  4. If your network id is ASmith then your logon would look like ..... JPS\ASmith
  5. In the Password field, enter your password.
  6. Click OK.

If you are using a dial-up connection you may choose to use the "Basic" client for better performance over a slower link.  If you are using a high speed internet connection such as DSL or Cable you will want to use the "Premium" client to obtain maximum functionality.

Log into Mailbox

To log into Citrix:

  1. Click the Log into Citrix button.
  2. In the User Name field, enter your JPS username.
  3. In the Password field, enter your JPS password.
  4. Click Log In.

If you see the Warning Icon in the lower right-hand corner of the page you will need to install the Citrix client on your machine.  Use the "Click here for Client" link and follow the prompts to install.  You may have to scroll down to see link.
